We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase from Lisa Marie's Cottages & Creations. Every product is created with care to bring a little extra magic to special occasions, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite go as planned.
Changed your mind?
If you’d like to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel at lisa@lisamariescottagesandcreations.co.uk. Please include your name, order number, and address in this email. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of letting us know you wish to return them.
Unless your item arrives faulty or damaged, the return postage cost is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service so that your parcel reaches us safely.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at lisa@lisamariescottagesandcreations.co.uk with your order number and a brief description (and photos if possible). We’ll resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund, including your return postage cost if applicable.

Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Once dispatched, parcels are sent via Royal Mail, ensuring reliable and secure delivery straight to your door.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been posted, so you’ll know it’s officially on its way!
Delivery Times
Royal Mail usually delivers within 2–4 working days after dispatch, though times may vary slightly during busy seasonal periods (like Christmas).
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please reach out to us at lisa@lisamariescottagesandcreations.co.uk and we’ll happily look into it for you.
Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. (International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future!)
